At the centre of forensic psychiatry

The Institut Philippe-Pinel de Montréal provides a stimulating environment for students who want to learn more about justice and mental health. Staff members require extensive training to acquire expertise in assessing and treating psychiatric patients who present medical-legal or dangerousness problems. By following the well-structured teaching programs offered at the Institut, trainees have the opportunity to learn from and work with dynamic multidisciplinary teams.
